Coverage is effective from date of first use as a new vehicle and zero miles.4 Coverage expires at maximum time or mileage of the selected plan, whichever comes first.

Roadside Assistance 5

Coverage is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year within the continental US and Canada, while your agreement is active. This coverage includes towing (for covered breakdowns, to the nearest authorized servicing facility), flat tires, being locked out of your vehicle, dead battery jump starts, and fuel delivery services (up to 3 gallons, no more than 2 times per month; excludes fuel cell and electric vehicles).

Substitute Transportation 6

Coverage provides up to $50 per day for a maximum of 5 days per occurrence. Call us at 1-800-228-8559 to get prior approval for expenses incurred.

Travel Protection, Lodging, and Meals 6

Vehicle Eligibility 3

Vehicles are considered eligible if they are within current plus 12 model years and have fewer than 150,000 total vehicle miles.4 Used vehicle plans must be purchased at the time of the used vehicle sale only.

Roadside Assistance 5

Coverage is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year within the continental US and Canada, while your agreement is active. This coverage includes towing (for covered breakdowns), flat tires, being locked out of your vehicle, dead battery jump starts, and fuel delivery services (up to 3 gallons, no more than 2 times per month; excludes fuel cell and electric vehicles).

Substitute Transportation 6

Coverage provides up to $35 per day for a maximum of 5 days per occurrence. Call us at 1-800-228-8559 to get prior approval for expenses incurred.

Travel Protection, Lodging, and Meals 6

Coverage provides up to $50 per day for lodging and meals if you're more than 150 miles from home. Call us at 1-800-228-8559 to get prior approval. There is a maximum of 4 days over the life of your agreement.

Deductible Options 7

$0 or $100 disappearing deductible per eligible repair visit. Deductibles can only be waived by the selling dealer. A disappearing deductible is a deductible that is waived if the repair visit is performed by the dealer who sold the VSA plan.

Transferability

Coverage can be transferred once, at no cost, from the original owner to a private party; this excludes dealers (see Terms of Agreement).

Cancellation

You can cancel your VSA within 30 days for a full refund, less a $50 processing fee (as permitted by state law). Cancellations will be prorated if applied for after 30 days. Please see your dealer for state-specific cancellation policies.

Note: The purchase of a Vehicle Service Agreement voluntary protection product is optional, cancelable (subject to specific agreement terms) and not required to obtain credit.
