Thank you for your interest in applying to the Excluded New Jerseyans Fund. The Fund will provide a one-time, direct cash benefit to eligible households who were excluded from Federal COVID-19 Stimulus Checks and Pandemic Unemployment Assistance. Potential applicants should check if they are eligible and gather required documents before they apply. We encourage you to finish your entire application in one sitting – completed applications with supporting documents will be processed in the order they are received and until funds are exhausted. Please note, you will not be asked to pay for application assistance, the application process is free to all. Applications for this program will be accepted through February 28 th . Applications may close sooner if funds are exhausted before the deadline.
To be eligible, individuals must live in New Jersey and demonstrate that they were excluded from both federal stimulus checks and COVID related unemployment assistance; have income of $55,000 or less.
To apply for this program, you will be required to upload supporting evidence and documentation to establish your eligibility for this one-time cash assistance.
Applications can only be submitted online via this portal. Applicants can submit one application per household, allowing two qualifying individuals in the same household to apply together for the maximum benefit possible. If someone is assisting you with this application, they will also need to sign the application to confirm their assistance.
